Our industrial mixing tanks are built for high-efficiency production lines where quality, hygiene, and reliability are non-negotiable. Every unit is engineered to your specifications, using high-grade materials and proven manufacturing processes from start to finish.

Built To Your Specification

Every tank starts with detailed engineering work to determine capacity, dimensions, weight-bearing and pressure requirements. We use AISI 304 for standard food-grade applications or AISI 316L where higher corrosion resistance is needed, such as pharmaceutical or chemical environments. Steel sheets are then cut using CNC laser or plasma technology and formed into the cylindrical shell using heavy-duty rollers.

Precision temperature control

The integrated dimpled or double-wall jacket is fabricated around the shell to give you precise control over heating or cooling. Whether you're pasteurising dairy or stabilising high-viscosity gels, your product stays at the right temperature throughout the process.

Unmatched Hygiene

Our technicians use TIG or automatic orbital welding with pure argon gas to produce smooth, crevice-free seams that prevent bacterial buildup. The interior is then polished to a mirror finish (Ra ≤ 0.8 µm) and acid passivated for maximum corrosion resistance, making CIP cleaning fast and thorough.

Heavy-Duty Performance

Equipped with customisable motor drives and agitators ranging from paddle to high shear, our tanks handle everything from light liquids to thick, abrasive compounds. Components including the top-mounted motor, agitator, and manhole access are all fitted and tested before leaving our workshop.
